ISOA'S BEEM Program (Business Exchange for the Entrepreneurially Minded) is a progressive youth entrepreneurial and economic development  program providing empowering programming in local educational institutions to inspire youth for global business and entrepreneurial success. The annual culminating event of the BEEM Program is the BEEM Career Fair. The Fair brings professionals from all walks of life to a local elementary school to excite young students about a myriad of career options that they may not normally be exposed to.
