ISOA Programs
ISOA has served over 8,000 youth, women, and aspiring professionals since its inception in 1990. The Organization presently enlightens and empowers through its Women’s Executive Roundtable, Men’s Executive Roundtable and BEEM Program (Business Exchange for the Entrepreneurially Minded).
ISOA's Women’s Executive Roundtable is designed to afford an opportunity for women college students and young professionals to engage in personal and informal dialogue with women business executives who illuminate dynamic career opportunities and share their pearls of wisdom, business knowledge, and personal journey experiences to propel the next generation to achieve success in the global business arena.
ISOA's Men’s Executive Roundtable is designed to afford an opportunity for male college students and young professionals to engage in personal and informal dialogue with successful businessmen who share their keys for business and personal success.
Though its BEEM Program (Business Exchange for the Entrepreneurially Minded), the organization offers empowering programming in local educational institutions to inspire youth for global business and entrepreneurial success.
